Rotating pay-off/take-up of Bozdemir drum twister lines are compatible with Ø1600-Ø2500 mm spools with fork type systems and Ø2000-Ø4000 mm spools with reel drum type bedding systems. Bozdemir drum twister lines provide high production speeds for round, sector and Milliken profile wires with various line combinations.

Designed according to client needs, these lines use tangential metal, non-metal or central taping systems according to specifications of the intended product. In addition, special stranding apparatuses are also available for sector and round productions and armoring applications.

In each Bozdemir machinery which has rotating parts and requires air, the air required by the rotating parts is provided “Dynamic Air Socket”, a patented product of Bozdemir. This product eliminated product losses during production and reduces maintenance costs almost to zero thanks to its long-lasting lifetime.
