Taping Lines

Bozdemir taping lines (X-Taper and BOVT) are suitable for use on aluminum and copper conductors as well as insulated cables.

These lines allow mica, HFFR, crepe, copper, polyester, mylar and steel taping applications.

Our taping machines allows high speed of production and flexibility with up to 3000 rpm of taping head speed and adjustable lay length from its operator panel during operation.

With adjustable tension control during operation. It provides wide range of taping operation possibilities. Thanks to automation-controlled tape out and tape break sensors, continuum of the operation and product quality are always under observation.
