BOST series Bozdemir Rigid Stranding Lines provide Ø560 mm and Ø630 mm reel tying for rigid cages in accordance with DIN 46397 standard according to client’s needs.

With a strong casing structure, the rotor unit of the cages is produced as monoblock and subjected to stress relief annealing to provide long structural lifetime.

All pintles on the rigid stranding cages are motor driven.

All rigid stranding cages are motor and gearbox driven. Belt transmission is not used at any point.Armoring and screening procedure can be provided with the optional piping system mounted on the line cage bodies.Bozdemir rigid stranding lines allow stranding of conductors like aluminum, aluminum alloys, copper etc.

1, 2, 3 and 4 row sector stranding units in front of the cages, allow the products that has been twisted in the cages to be formed into straight sector, prespiralled sector and prespiralled sector cores for Milliken.Rigid stranding lines allow production of up to Ø1000 mm2 of stranding section in a single operation.
